Can I buy hosting today?
Not yet. Hosting plans and signup links are coming soon. Existing customers can still access the client area and website control panel.
Which login should I use?
Use the client area for account details, invoices, and support. The website control panel has a separate username and password. Panel access follows hosting provisioning; use an authenticated support ticket if your access details are missing.
Can I bring my own domain?
Domain setup in the client area provides ownership verification and DNS instructions. You control external DNS records. Automated provisioning is undergoing final payment and onboarding checks; new paid orders remain closed.
How do I get help?
Sign in to the client area to open or check a support ticket, or email support@kova.tech. Check your tickets in the portal for updates while email notification setup is completed.
